We offer management services
for both residential and commercial properties. Our goal
is to maximize the net profit for each one of our investor's
properties. We investigate all aspects of each property

Rental/lease Rates: We
provide extensive market comparables in order to maximize the
rental/lease rate.
Analysis of Existing Leases:
By reviewing the existing Leases we can help identify areas of
concern including maintenance issues, lease terms, options to
renew, and how to handle repairs.
Vendor/Contractor Performance
and Contracts: Many Landlords are taken advantage of by
various vendors/contractors. We analyze the contracts of
each vendor/contractor and track their performance to insure for
our Landlords that their work is being performed in a timely and
correct manner.
Rental/Lease Payments:
We assist in the timely collection of payment according to the
contract of each tenant.
HOA Performance (if
applicable): We can monitor the performance and finances
of the HOA to make sure no abuses are taking place.
Condition of the Property: By
making physical inspections we will can handle or bring to the
Landlord's attention any maintenance or repair issues.
