Ken was
born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He began his real
estate career in 1990 assisting his Dad, Ken Sr. with his various businesses
in the Seattle area. At the age of 19 He obtained his
Washington State real estate license becoming one of the
youngest agents in the State of Washington. In 1995 He
moved to California to continue to pursue his real estate
career and attend college.
Ken
graduated from the Master’s College with a Bachelors of
Science in Political Studies, attended the American
Political Studies Institute in Washington, D.C., and worked
at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy
under the leadership of 4-Star Army General Barry
McCaffrey.
Ken has
been involved in hundreds of commercial, land, and
residential real estate transactions over the years ranging
from small executive suite leases to multi-million dollar
commercial sales.
In addition to
real estate sales and leasing, Ken is also active in
residential construction and land development. This
experience is very helpful in advising clients in areas of
construction defects and land entitlement issues.
He has been
married since 1998, has 3 children, is an avid sports fan
and enjoys martial arts and playing golf.
